Elle tracks Dylan to a hotel hideaway and is stunned to find him playing the role of doting dad to Skys baby. Dylan assures her he only took baby Kerry, whom he is convinced is his, to protect her from such troubled parents, Sky and Stingray. When Elle cant talk him into returning to Erinsborough, she takes matters in her own hands, kidnapping the baby, and anonymously returning her to the Bishop house.Stingray reaches his lowest ebb when Steiger returns him to the Timmins House only to face rejection from a despairing Janelle. When he learns that the baby has been found alive and well, Stingray begins the long road to recovery, attending his first AA meeting and admitting his problem with alcohol has ruined his young life.Grief stricken at the loss of her daughter, Sky convinces herself baby Kerry is dead. She checks herself out of hospital, and despite Harold and Karls concern, returns home. After attacking Harold for giving up on the hunt, Janelle storms out of the Bishop house only to find baby Kerry safely deposited on the doorstep. Mother and baby are reunited, and after an all clear at the hospital, Dylan fronts Sky to tell Sky of his certainty that he is Kerrys father.Amid the maelstrom wrought by baby Kerrys disappearance and reappearance, Loriss affection for Harold deepens. Harold impulsively kisses Loris celebrating Baby Kerrys return.
