Seth MacFarlane turns 43 today, so we thought it was important to highlight the good example he is setting to other movie actors, directors and producers who want to include live animals in their projects.
When MacFarlane was promoting his film 'A Million Ways to Die in the West' back in 2014, he was interviewed by PETA. The journalist asked him about his general attitude to the treatment of the animals during and in between filming.
He talks very openly about filming both this movie and Ted, and how he ensured the animals were treated compassionately on set.
