Quick Vegan Jerusalem Falafel

Quick Vegan Jerusalem Falafel

Combine 400g chickpeas

100g each of chopped onions, parsley and coriander

50 g of garlic

50g Abido Falafel spice mix

tsp each of salt, pepper and plain flour

Process/blend till smooth.

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Using a falafel scoop or a spoon, form balls of dough and deep fry at 180c until golden brown outside.
