Mick met Bianca in 1970 at an after party for the Rolling Stones. They married in 12th May 1970 in a Catholic ceremony in Saint-Tropez, France- at the time she was four months pregnant.

Billy Joel apparently wrote the song 'Big Shot' after a meal with Mick and Bianca as he imagined him singing to her while writing the lyrics.
They broke things off in 1977 and a year later Bianca filed for divorce on the grounds of adultery with model Jerry Hall. She later said; 'My marriage ended on my wedding day.' (Wikipedia)
