An Oregon hotel is providing Christmas themed therapy llamas for guests.

The Kimpton Hotel Monaco Portland has teamed up with the nonprofit group Mountain Peaks Therapy Llamas & Alpacas to find ways to help people unwind over the festive season.
The events - scheduled for December 6 and 20 - give guests a chance to get close to the shaggy animals in the seasonal spirit of stress relief.
General manager Travis Williams told the Washington Post: ''Prior years, we've had the llamas out, and walked through the downtown areas and spread holiday cheer unexpectedly. ''Last year we had them in the lobby before we walked them around the neighbourhood, and immediately the word is out once you see a llama.
''People were so excited by the chance to touch and feed and get some photos with a llama.''
