Iceland is offering to let out their frustration by sending their screams.

People infuriated by the events of this year are being given the chance to let off steam in the Scandinavian country, which will play their wailing over a loudspeaker in a remote part of the nation.

Iceland's tourist board said: ''You've been through a lot this year and it looks like you need the perfect place to let your frustrations out. Somewhere big, vast and untouched.

''It looks like you need Iceland.''

Scream therapy is considered to be a popular way of relieving stress and anxiety.

Psychotherapist Zoe Aston said: ''Using a scream as a way to release pent up emotion allows you to reconnect with yourself, hear your own voice and reclaim the power that is inside you.''
