A mother was left horrified after giving her children penis-shaped pasta for dinner.

Rebecca Brett ,24, was shopping with her two young daughters when her Ava, three, asked for what she thought was ''smiley face pasta''.
She said: ''Mum of the Year award most definitely does not go to me. I wandered into the market and Ava begged me for some 'smiley face' pasta she saw.''
However, when she returned home to serve up the dish to her children, she realised her mistake and shared the hilarious moment on Facebook, and it has since gone viral.
She said: ''Thought it looked a bit odd, re-looked at the bag and it's only bloody penis pasta. It was a hectic morning and I just bought it without thinking. When I saw Ava with the tiny penis in her hand, my heart sank, but I quickly burst into hysterical laughter at my blunder!''
