Kristina Ozturk, a Russian who lives in neighbouring Georgia, has welcomed 21 of the kids via surrogate and 20 have been born in the space of a year.
She claims that she wants 105 biological children with her millionaire husband Galip, 58, - although he was sentenced to eight years in prison earlier this year after being found guilty of illegal purchase and possession of drugs.
A video on her Instagram account shows that all but two of the children were born in 2020, with the eldest, Victoria, born in 2014 from a previous relationship and the youngest, Olivia, arriving in January 2021.
The clip shows all of the children reeling off their names and dates of birth.
