Marietta Collins is a former nun who finds herself in the middle of a brutal murder. She is now the head of the youth drug rehab centre and tries to clean up the community’s growing criminal problem.
Throughout the investigation he meets the victim’s brother and FBI assistant director Raymond Gleeson. They are instantly attracted to one another and he eventually becomes the first man she is intimate with.
Raymonds’ best friend and fellow FBI agent is also put on the case and Marietta has an affair with him. Jerry seeks advice from his childhood mentor Cherokee to ask to be rescued him from his intense feelings of lust and need for revenge.
