Lindsay Lohan has found herself in hot water once again after she has been accused (in a roundabout way) of taking a gold necklace from a shop and just 'forgetting' to pay for it.
The star has been accused of taking the £2,500 necklace from a store in LA, and the owner of the shop claims she has video evidence to back this up! Obviously, she only noticed it was Li Lo when she saw the ‘one of a kind’ necklace round her neck in a paparazzi photo.
Apparently though, Lindsay reckons she's done nothing wrong and said this woman let her borrow the necklace, but her stylist forgot to return it. Only one problem… the shop owner isnt buying that story, as she said that her shop doesn’t loan necklaces anyway.
“When we loan out jewellery, we have a whole procedure that needs to be done. There is paperwork that needs to be filled out and there needs to be insurance information given or credit card information in case something happens with the jewellery” she told TMZ.
Crikey, could Lindsay be off the streets once again?
