The 42-year-old TV presenter is confident Bobby, 18, and Freddie, 16, will soon be up for watching their late mum on the reality show for the first time.

He told the Daily Mirror: “Freddie was always the one that was open to [talking]. Yet for Bobby, it was too much for him. But recently Bobby said he was ready to read my book 'The Grief Survivors’ Guide'. I wrote it for the boys about four years ago. It’s a real relief to hear him say he’s ready to start talking about his loss.

“And now watching things with their mum in, is something we are probably going to start doing soon.”

Jade rose to fame on the fly on the wall show in 2002 before she passed away in 2009 from cervical cancer at age 27.

Despite not watching the show in which the nation fell in love with the star, her sons are already familiar with her iconic phrases.

Jeff added: "They are more than aware of their mum’s best work.”

Although Jeff rose to fame on Channel 4's 'Shipwrecked' in 2001, he doesn't want his sons to appear on reality TV and is worried for Bobby as he has his sights set on becoming a model.

Asked if he worries about his son's career, Jeff previously said: "Definitely, as this particular parent who obviously not only had his own difficult experiences but also can cite many occasions when his mum went through the same. I think that I do enough worrying on behalf of both me and his mum when it comes to what he might be subject to.

"I just hope that everyone's kind, I hope that he looks after himself and makes good decisions and to have a skill and talent and develop those things."
