Janice Dickinson is recovering at home after being released from hospital.
The supermodel was forced to seek treatment at UCLA Medical Center on Friday (12.07.13) after she suffered a concussion and also badly injured her knee.
The 58-year-old actress admitted she feels "pretty horrible" after a parking garage gate closed as she was walking underneath it, outside a Rite Aid drug store in Beverly Hills, on Thursday (11.07.13).
She told gossip website TMZ.com that she was knocked to the ground by the metal crossbar on the door and initially thought she was going to be okay.
However, she decided to seek medical treatment after the pain of her injuries kept her up all night and prevented her from doing her usual activities.
She said doctors confirmed she had suffered a concussion and she was forced to leave the hospital in a wheelchair.
She is now resting at home.
The super model turned reality TV star got engaged her boyfriend Dr. Robert 'Rocky' Gerner in December and previously predicted that their upcoming wedding would be much more extravagant than Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's top-secret nuptials.
