The 39-year-old star was named Reality TV star of the Year for the sixth year running on Sunday (18.02.24), and after being forced to miss the ceremony due to a migraine, she has now reflected on her achievement.

In a video shared to Instagram, she said: "I can't believe I won People's Choice again! I really, really can't. I am so incredibly thankful and blown away.

"This makes no sense to me. The very first couple years I thought 'This has to be a fluke, people feel bad for me.'

"But now, this is my sixth year winning. Sixth! That is sort of hard for my brain to understand.

"I don't feel worthy. I love you guys so much. I can't even believe that like... six years. Really?

"And not just for me. I'm so grateful for my family show, 'The Kardashians', I mean it's really just so special."

Alongside the video, she expressed a similar sentiment in an emotional caption.

She wrote: "Wow! I truly don’t have the words to fully express my gratitude!!!! This is a short video of me trying to find the words I am blown away!!!!

"I am so thankful! I love you so so much!! Truly! Words are just words but I hope you can feel my love and admiration for each and everyone one of you!!

"Thank you to everyone who voted. Thank you so much to @peopleschoice and to @kardashianshulu. I can’t believe I have won 6 years in a row.

"Truly I thought the first few years was a fluke or a sympathy win lol this is wild!!!

"God bless you all! I love you! I feel terrible I wasn’t there. Damn these migraines! Ugh ok I'll stop rambling. I’m just so taken a back and excited wow! I still can’t get over this."

In a text post a longside the video, she also reflected on her journey over "the last 17 years and 24 seasons".

She said: "I was only 22 when we started filming our show, and I never could have imagined back then the journey we would go on, and the amazing community that would come on this wild ride with us."
