The Little Mix star and her soccer player fiancé put their £4.95 million home up for sale last month after losing a fight to build an underground pool but it is already "under offer" just days after being listed, according to The Sun.

The lavish home boasts six bedrooms and bathrooms, five reception rooms, a wellness suite and steam room, plus two acres of gardens and grounds, including access to a nearby golf course.

It also comes with a cinema room, a bar, a huge marble-floored hall and a wine cellar that includes an elevator to reach high-up bottles.

The couple bought the Surrey property in 2018 for £4.75 million and Watford FC striker Andre, 29, popped the question to Leigh-Anne, also 29, in their garden back in May.

They had plans to build an underground leisure complex with a swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi but the local council blocked the plans last year with officials calling the proposed 13ft-high development "inappropriate" and would cause "additional harm to the green belt".

It is part of planning permission rules for the new build home set six years ago where officials at Surrey Heath Council made a condition that no extensions, garages or other buildings can be added without the council's consent.

The loved-up pair applied for permitted development rights to be reinstated, with their planning agent, saying: "The case for the applicant is that the imposition of the condition is not considered to be justified on the basis of reasonableness and necessity.

"It places an unnecessary restriction on the activities of future householders as it removes freedoms to carry out small scale domestic extensions, outbuildings and alterations."
