Lindsay Lohan allegedly predicted her mother would be arrested for DWI (Driving While Intoxicated).
'The Canyons' actress, who completed 90 days of court-ordered rehab at the end of July, reportedly wasn't surprised when she found out that Dina Lohan, 50, was taken into police custody on Tuesday night (10.09.13) after her arresting officers discovered her blood alcohol level was .2, more than twice the legal limit of .08.
A source close to the 'Anger Management' star told gossip website RadarOnline.com: "Lindsay wasn't surprised that her mom got popped for a DUI (Driving Under the Influence). It was only a matter of time, according to Lindsay.
"Since being released from rehab, Lindsay has had limited contact with her mother because Dina can be a bad influence on her daughter's sobriety.
"Dina will say she is the last person that has a problem with booze, but she does. Lindsay loves her mom, but she is putting herself first, and her recovery, which is a very good thing."
The 27-year-old actress's mother was pulled over by police when they saw her travelling at "a speed of 77 mph in a 55 mph zone," in her white BMW near her home in Long Island, New York.
She was later released to a sober third party and she will appear in court later this month.
