The 'Modern Family' star, who is set to marry fiancé Joe Manganiello in Miami on November 22, has secretly entrusted the Beirut-born couturier to oversee her gown ahead of their big day, according to Us Weekly.
The 43-year-old actress has worn the designer's creations numerous times on the red carpet in the past, including to the Oscars earlier this year.
The Colombian star has yet to receive her custom-made dress, but recently insisted it wouldn't be traditional.
She said: "I know who's making my dress, but it's not ready. They're making it far away so we'll see what happens when it arrives and I'm very excited. But we're almost ready.
"I already got married before. I don't think I'm going to do a veil. I think I'm passed that virgin look."
Meanwhile, the couple recently sent out their luxurious white invitations to 400 guests.
A source said: "It cost around $7 to mail each one."
The duo have arranged a special pre-wedding cocktail reception at the Breakers Resort in Palm Beach the day before their lavish nuptials and have requested donations be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital in lieu of wedding gifts.
The actress can't wait to marry Joe, 38, and the insider added: "Sofia isn't nervous at all."
