Lindsay Lohan's 'Car Chase Victim' Details Medical Expenses....

The woman suing Lohan for assault and negligence after the actress allegedly chased her car while under the influence last year (07) has filed legal papers revealing the medical costs she's built up since.Tracie Rice initially filed her lawsuit againstLINDSAY Lohan in Los Angeles Superior Court in August (07), a month after she says the star chased the car she was a passenger in through the streets.As a result, Rice claims to have so far spent $3,500 (£1,750) in therapist fees, $400 (#200) on a medical doctor, $145 (#72.50) on a chiropractor, $150 (£75) on medicine and $2,000 (£1,000) in miscellaneous expenses.She also says she's lost her job, which paid her a salary of between $60,000 (£30,000) and $75,000 (£37,500), following the incident, reports tmz.Rice is suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress and is seeking unspecified damages.Lohan was arrested in Santa Monica, California on 24 July (07) after police were reportedly alerted to the fact the frantic actress was chasing a car through the streets.A breath test was conducted at the scene and Lohan's blood alcohol level is said to have been well over the legal driving limit. Police also allegedly found cocaine on her person.The incident followed another drink-driving arrest earlier in the year (07).

In other news concerning LINDSAY Lohan speculation is once again fuelled that the actress is endorsing a stopping-smoking aid - after vowing to give up smoking in 2008.

The star sent U.S. TV talk show host Larry King a message for the New Year outlining her plans for the year ahead, which include working on a new album.

The statement - which was read by King on Monday (07Jan08)'s show, says, "Hey, Larry, Happy New Year. One of my resolutions for 2008 is to cut down on smoking. I started back in the recording studio on my third album. To smoke less is one of my top priorities."

Last month (Dec07), Lohan denied promoting Ariva lozenges despite being snapped with the sweets on numerous occasions. Her representative insisted, "Lindsay has not been paid to endorse Ariva.".
