Austin Nichols Arrested For Dui....
The Day After Tomorrow star Austin Nichols has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol in Michigan.The 27-year-old actor was stopped by police for driving the wrong direction down a one way street in Jackson at 2.30am on Friday morning (24Aug07).Nichols failed a sobriety test and held in custody at Jackson County Jail before being released.The actor is set to be arraigned in court at a later date.
