When it comes to our Podcast of the Week series, we try to look at a wide range of different series available on the web. From humour to true crime; real life to fiction; we've enjoyed a massive slew of brilliant episodes to-date, and we're not slowing down!

This week, we're shining a spotlight on the brilliant Squiggly Careers podcast, hosted by Sarah Ellis and Helen Tupper. Releasing weekly, the series aims to help listeners to take control of their career development, so that they can enjoy progression within their chosen occupation in a way they've not been able to do until this point.

Whilst it sounds like the podcast could be quite preachy, it's actually incredibly helpful, with hosts Sarah and Helen doing incredibly well to ensure it's more like a conversation with friends, rather than a school lesson. Over 200,000 listeners agree, and are helping make this podcast one of the best and most popular in the business genre.

The pair cover all of the relevant topics you'd expect, such of how to manage stress and overcome problems with your confidence, but also dig deep into areas that you may not immediately think about, like micro-aggressions and perfect ways to deal with those who would love to see you fall.

Incredibly topical and relatable on a number of levels, Squiggly Careers and its hosts will quickly make any hard worker a regular listener, with actions, hints and ideas that can be put into practise right away.

So where can you listen? Simply head to one of the two following links, and enjoy! There are over 100 episodes to-date, so there's plenty to get through!
