Ingredients:
200g Extra virgin Olive Oil
15g Garlic Chopped
5g Finely Chopped red Chilies
20g Chopped Parsley
4g White Wine Vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
Method
* Combine all ingredients together in a bowl
* Season with salt & pepper
* Add a dash of sugar then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
* Best served with rice and with a rib eye steak
