Galaxy Cocktail
Serves 3 people
150g GALAXY® Chocolate Bar
210ml Milk
75ml Vanilla Syrup
3 Squares of GALAXY® Chocolate
3 Martini Glasses
How to create the GALAXY® cocktail
Step 1
Place the milk in a non-stick saucepan and heat
on a gentle simmer
Step 2
Break half of the 150g GALAXY® chocolate bar
into squares and add into the milk. Stir the milk
and chocolate gently and continuously to create
a liquid chocolate mixture
Step 3
Allow to cool for one hour at room temperature
and then store in fridge
Step 4
Pour the cool milk mixture into a cocktail shaker
and add the vanilla syrup – shake over ice for 1
minute and double strain into Martini Glass
Step 5
Make an insertion in the back of the GALAXY®
square and place at an angle on the edge of
each Martini glass
