Serves 1

1 Rooibos Tea bag
1 tsp sugar
1 fl oz Peach Schnapps
1 fl oz Vodka
Crushed ice

1.Put the teabag into a jug and pour over 4fl oz boiling water. Allow to stand for 5-8 minutes until the tea is quite strong. Remove the tea bag and stir in the sugar.
2.When cold, put into a cocktail shaker with some crushed ice, the Schnapps and vodka. Shake together then strain into a cocktail glass and serve
