Take:
2 small ripe bananas, broken into chunks
110g (4 oz) blueberries
55g (2oz) cranberries (fresh or frozen)
110g (4oz) strawberries, hulled
1 x 15mlsp (1tbsp) oats
200 ml (7fl oz) cranberry and apple, orange or raspberry juice
200 ml (7 fl oz) semi skimmed milk

Make:
Blend the fruit in a food processor with the oats.
Add the fruit juice and blend again.
Finally, with the food processor running, add sufficient milk to achieve your preferred thickness of Smoothie.
Serve in a glass with a swirl of Anchor Light Real Dairy Cream
Tip: Add a handful of porridge oats to make this a satisfying start to the day
