Pre-heat oven to 180C (160C fan) or gas mark 4.

Place 350g of cubed lamb in a casserole dish and stir in a jar of Sharwood’s Mussaman Curry Sauce. Cover the dish and cook in a pre-heated oven for 1 hour.

After which time remove the dish from the oven and stir in 100g of baby new potatoes, par boiled and sliced in half. Return to the oven for a further 30 minutes.

Serve garnished with fresh chopped coriander.
