Christopher Kane is scheduled to showcase his new collection at Fashion Rocks.
The up and coming designer is one of the hottest names in the industry at the moment. He has only launched his own label last year but his edgy and innovative designs have earned him comparisons with John Galliano and Alexander McQueen.
His first ready to wear collection sold out within days of its launch; Kane s collection for Topshop also sold like hot cakes at the high street store.
He still acts as a design consultant for Donatella Versace and will show his 2008 collection alongside famous houses including Burberry, Yves Saint Laurent and Chanel at the Swarovski-sponsored charity event.
The fashion and music event is held in aid of the Prince's Trust Prince Charles' youth charity and takes place on October 18 at the Royal Albert Hall.
Kane said:" I am still in shock that I am actually doing this, as it has only been a year since I launched my own label."
