Kate Middleton is going down an absolute storm as she embarks on her first tour with new husband Prince William.

With the impressive blend of her expected, more-affordable fashion pieces and some truly inspired designer outfits, the Duchess of Cambridge looks the part of a future queen and easing into her role as a new wife.

So far we have seen Miss Middleton in the stunning cream Reiss dress she wore for her official engagement photographs (£159) and the recycled Issa Bird Print wrap dress she wore the day before her wedding back in April. Teamed up with a black wedge, the new royal is not letting her fashion fans down with her simple, sophisticated style.

We're used to seeing her locks tumble down her back, it is much less common to see it twisted into a neat bun style at the back.

Going through an impressive five outfits in 24 hours, Kate wowed a mass audience of admirers with her Reiss frilled dressed, some stand out red pumps and a red mapel leaf designed head piece. With those infamous, shiny, chocolate locks flowing she looked happy and healthy, greeting those who had patiently waited for hours to catch a glimpse of the popular couple.

Since her own wedding set off a serious love of lace, Kate continued the style by wearing a blue and cream lace Erdem dress - smiling and waving, looking radiant.

The Issa Jersey purple dress Kate was sporting for the Canada Day celebrations was the perfect blend of bright and block colour, class and style. Despite looking a little thin, she was praised for her continuation of the (if not a little cheesy) Canada theme in her outfits with the help of the diamond mapel leaf brooch lent to her for the tour by the Queen. This look was finished off with the help of a pair of Prada pumps.

Key accessories from the trip remain the icon LK Bennett for £175 that have been a favourite in the Middleton household, her simple classy dresses and the clutch bag. Whether it is daytime or evening, cream or the black Anya Hindmarch number worn to meet Michelle Obama, the Duchess is rarely spotted without one - how well they suit her.

A slight change to Kate's look is the experimentation with several up-hair dos. We're used to seeing her locks tumble down her back, it is much less common to see it twisted into a neat bun style at the back. The style suits the royal, making her look mature and cemented her even more so as fashion as well as actual royalty.

Whatever will Kate wear next?
