LVMH is a multi-industry franchise

LVMH is the shortened term for Moet Hennessy ♦ Louis Vuitton, the French holding company for over 60 companies in fashion, wine, jewellery and cosmetics.

Included in the multi-industry franchise are Marc Jacobs, Mercier and Bulgari aswell as the obvious, Louis Vuitton, Moet et Chandon and Hennessy.

This million pound company is opening its doors to the public in France, Italy, Spain, Poland and Scotland so they can look around all the different areas and see how the products are made.

Chairman of the corporation, Bernard Arnault, told WWD: "I think it's a new way for the LVMH group to communicate.

"Products are one thing but how they're made, who makes them, and where, is also of interest to the public."

LVMH are making reservations so people will be able to see what goes off in the brands headquarters, workshops and kitchens as well as what they look like.

Arnault has made sure that there are drop in sessions availible for those who do not have a chance to book so nobody misses out on seeing how their favourite products are produced.

The public will be invited to attend the event through an advertising campaign due to launch on June 20 and the open days will take place on October 15 and 16.
