Louis Vuitton has reportedly signed up Buzz Aldrin for an upcoming advertising campaign.
According to WWD, the legendary astronaut is set to travel to a desert in the US later this week, to be photographed by photographer, Annie Leibovitz.
If this does indeed turn out to be true, the second man to set foot on the moon is expected to star alongside his fellow astronauts, Jim Lovell and Sally Ride.
Aldrin confirmed over the weekend that he had been cast for a gig, but declined to disclose any further details at the Omega cocktail event.
It was held to the brand’s Omega Speedmaster watch series, which were worn by the crew members on the original Apollo 11 mission in 1969.
We don't know about you, but we think this may be one of the most unusual and exciting ad campaigns to be created in recent years!
