Prada AW09

Prada AW09

Prada are known for being creative with their fashion campaigns, but their autumn/winter 09 project, they really have gone all out.

Hiring the very expensive Steven Meisel to lend his talents to the campaign, the shoot took place at Pier 59 Studios, with the expert lensman taking control at the helm.

Aside from lasting a lengthy four days, the fashion shoot was interrupted when a real life horse entered the set, and apparently he was bang on cue.

According to FWD, Meisel summoned the pony in question to the set for one of the settings, so goodness knows what scene he had in mind.

All we can say is we're very excited to see what he will come up with, when the campaign is released later this year.
