Gareth Pugh will have a fashion week presence in New York for the first time next season.
The Brit designer will bepresenting his new film directed by Ruth Hogben at M·A·C & Milk, 450 West 15th Street in the Meatpacking District on Sunday 13 September.
Fashion Week guests will attend a private viewing between 8 - 10pm at Milk Studios on 450 West 15th Street, after which, from 10pm until midnight, it will be opened up to the public including design school students, at 449 W 14th Street.
"It will hopefully set the mood for my catwalk show which will take place as usual in Paris," says Gareth.
! It will represent the essence of what the show this season is about, although it couldn't be further from a trailer, it's more of an abstract insight. I am very honoured to be able to come to New York and be a part of fashion week and would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to all the people who have made this project possible."
Gareth Pugh will be holding his Spring/Summer 2010 catwalk show in Paris, 19:00, Wednesday 30 September at Palais de Tokyo.
