London Fashion Week Draws To a Close

London Fashion Week Draws To a Close

It's the last day of London Fashion Week before the spotlight moves to Milan, so kicking things off nice and early this morning is Josh Goot, at 9.30am.

Josh Goot is one of Australia’s most exciting and promising young designers, and has been described as ‘modernism’s new messiah’ and ‘the king of urban chic.’

Followed by four time winner of Topshop's New Gen award, Bora Aksu at 10:45am. Osman Yousefzada leads us into midday with his collection that he describes as a' fusion of cultures, which combines to create something quite intellectual, modern and yet still wearable.'

At 1.15pm, Ashish takes centre stage with his new collection of sexy, glamorous, sporty designs. Followed by modernist at 2.30pm with their new Strong, individual and feminine collection.

Abdul Koroma and Andrew Jones are the designers behind Modernist. The duo formed the label as an entry to Fashion Fringe in 2005. February will be their second outing at LFW.

Winding things down at 3.45pm is Aminaka Wilmont, who won last years Fashion Fringe and consequently, this is their first official outing at LFW.

And closing things in London Fashion Week until the February shows start is MAN at 5pm.
