Pitch Perfect is one of the surprise hits of 2015, and now we are counting down to the highly anticipated sequel, which is set to hit the big screen next May.
A brand new teaser poster has been released as the excitement around the film grows, and it feature Anna Kendrick as she once again shows off her vocal ability as she returns to the central role of Beca.
Pitch Perfect 2 will see Elizabeth Banks take over the director's chair as she makes her feature film directorial debut. Banks has been behind shorts as well as a segment of comedy Movie 43, and I am excited to see her make the transition into a full-length feature.
As well as being in the director's chair, Banks is one of the familiar faces on the Pitch Perfect 2 cast list as she is set to reprise the role of Gail. Alexis Knapp, Rebel Wilson, and Brittany Snow are also set to return, as they are set to reprise the roles of Stacie, Fat Amy, and Chloe.
Beca, Fat Amy and co are back and they face their biggest challenge yet... as they are set to take part in the World Championships of Acapella.
Pitch Perfect went on to be a sleeper hit three years ago, but Pitch Perfect 2 looks set to be an even bigger success than the first and is one of the film sequels that I am looking forward to seeing the most.
Pitch Perfect 2 is released 15th May 2015.
