Absent Elk will support Girls Aloud on the first 9 dates of their UK arena tour, which starts April 24th in Manchester. The support comes after Absent Elk’s homemade video for their cover of Girls Aloud’s ‘The Loving Kind’ became a big YouTube hit last month, getting over 50,000 views in a matter of days.

Absent Elk’s debut single ‘Sun And Water’ is released May 18th on RCA. Epic, bold and dramatic, ‘Sun & Water’ is the kind of tune that could soundtrack a Bond film.
Based in Shoreham on the Sussex coast, Absent Elk are Kjetil Morland (vocals, guitar), Ross Martin (guitar, keyboards), Mike Hillman (guitar), James Penhallow (bass), and Ric Wilson (drums).
