The dogs were taken away and said to be under nourished after allegedly being left in the hands of a caretaker while DMX was on tour in Europe. As of yet no charges have been made against the rapper who is 'totally innocent' according to his lawyer Murray Richman.There are conflicting reports as to when DMX was last at the property in Cave Creek. His representatives are saying he hasn't been home in months but neighbors are saying he has been at the house in the last three weeks.Solange Knowles signs publishing deal with EMIBeyonce's baby sister is making moves of her own it would appear. Solange Knowles recently signed a worldwide co-publishing deal with EMI Music Publishing. Solange's recent work includes her sisters tracks Upgrade You and Get Me Bodied from the Birthday album. She has also written for Michelle Williams, Kelly Rowland and is currently working on her sophomore album which boasts appearances by Bilal and Tribe Called Quest front man Q TIp.

Sean Kingston will not play the Notorious BIG

Teen singer Sean Kingston may have presumed a little too much when he auditioned for the role of Christopher Wallace in the up and coming movie based around Biggie Small's life. He recently announced at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards that he had snagged the role of the slain rapper. However the former manager of Biggie and close friend of the Wallace family Wayne Barrow who is directed the movie has confirmed that they have yet to cast the role and auditions are still being held.

Snoop riding solo

Famed West Coast rapper Snoop Dog has opted to take a leaf out of the book of Amy Winehouse surprisingly enough for his next album. The rapper said after listening to the troubled singers recent project he too wants to go in and record an album just by himself with no features. The album is tentatively titled Ego Tripping and Snoop hopes people will get a better idea of who he is if he is the only person present on the project. The rappers albums have included many names from Hip-Hop and R&B since he came onto the music scene back in 1992.
