Ushers Dad dies

It has been reported that the Father of R&B singing sensation Usher Raymond died in an Atlanta hospital over the weekend. Usher, his Mother and the singers new wife, Tameka Foster were said to be at the bedside of Usher Raymond II when he passed away.Ushers mother and former manager divorced his father when Usher was quite young but the father and son had always maintained good relationships.

Dizze Rascal gets US release

The critically acclaimed third album from UK rapper Dizze Rascal is seeing shelf life in America. Maths + English which was released last year digitally in the US will be available on April 29th through Def Jux Records.Maths + English was one of the twelve nominees for the Mercury Award in 2007.

Kidz in the Hall gearing up for new album

Hip-Hop duo Kidz in the Hall who made a name for themselves with their debut album School was my Hustle are ready to deliver their sophomore project this year. Having left Rawkus for Duck Down records, Naledge and Doube O's The In Crowd project will feature collaborative efforts with label mate Sean Price, Camp Lo, Phonte of Little Brother, Up and coming star Wale and Gym Class Heroes.

The In Crowd which is said to be the duo's journey of becoming celebrities will hit stores on April 29th.

Nate Dogg suffers stroke

West Coast icon, Nate Dogg is said to be comfortable after suffering a stroke during the holidays his manager said in a report over the weekend. Nate Dogg born Nathaniel Hale has not suffered from any damage to his brain and his voice is said to have not been damaged from the stroke.
