Kassidy release the follow up to their debut single, "Stray Cat" with “Take Another Ride” on Vertigo Records on August 9th. The track, described by the Sunday Times Culture as “haunting”, sees Kassidy continue to build an ever increasing fan base of both critics and music fans alike.
"Take Another Ride" is produced by Jim Abiss (Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian, Noisettes, Stereophonics), and further explores their unique sound – created with four acoustic guitars.
The band, hailing from Glasgow and described as, “a grittier, rockier version of the Fleet Foxes” (TNT) release their debut album, “Hope Street” in August.
The four piece are undeniably striking as anyone who has seen them live will concur - a four piece drawing their roots from Americana, filtered through a Glaswegian pop sensibility.
