Tulisa

Tulisa has in the last two years become a staple of our Saturdays on the X Factor panel, but now she’s returning to the music with the release of her debut album The Female Boss.

She was also the second artist to take part in BT Infinity’s Live From The 34th Floor shows, and we stole a few moments with her before she took to the stage on Monday evening.

You're performing this evening with BT Infinity, is the 34th floor of the BT Tower the oddest place you've performed?

I’m really excited I think it's pretty cool and it's so high up! The view is amazing here!

Do you think this sort of live-streamed performance is going to be even bigger in the future?

Oh yeah, this is the future.

You've also spoken about a possible N-Dubz reunion, do you feel that that story has a few more chapters left to tell?

Oh yeah for sure. In time it will happen.

'The Female Boss' is a name that you've cultivated, when did you adopt that phrase?

It’s from being with the boys in N-Dubz, even though I was the only girl I was still in charge!

Do you think that there are enough women in music acting like the boss?

Us women are running things! I think it's great.

The X Factor's just finished, would you be up for doing it for another series and What's it really like on that side of the desk?

100 per cent! I love the show, so of course I'd do another series.  I love every minute of it.

What was your reaction to being named FHM's sexiest woman in the world earlier this year?

(laughs) I was shocked and I get really embarrassed talking about it.

So what's the plan for the first part of 2013 for you?

I'm straight back into work. No rest for me!

Tulisa’s album The Female Boss is out now right here and you can see highlights of her performance for BT Infinity on their YouTube channel.
