Foxy Brown snapped at a New York restaurant earlier this week (begs15Aug11) after a staff member took her picture, according to a U.S. report.
The hip-hop star, real name Inga Marchand, visited the Velvet Peach Cafe in Brooklyn's Prospect Heights with a pal, but allegedly took offence when a chef photographed her.
According to New York Post gossip column Page Six, Brown got into an argument with the restaurant's co-owner over the incident, and allegedly threatened legal action if the picture was ever published.
A pal of the star tells the publication, "It was an argument. She's working on herself and everything else in her life.
"She's working to rebuild her career, and at the end of the day, she'll have something great."
In July (11), Brown walked away from court after a judge cleared her over allegations she violated a protection order by showing her backside to a neighbour during an altercation.
