Foxy Brown’s brother is heading to jail for up to five years after confessing to felony identity theft on Thursday (18Aug11).
Gavin 'Pretty Boy' Marchand was arrested with three pals at designer store Hermes in New York a year ago (Aug10) after the 36 year old used a forged American Express credit card to pay for almost $8,000 (£5,000)-worth of goods.
He initially entered a not guilty plea, but changed his mind and admitted the charge in court this week.
Marchand is set to be sentenced on 28 September (11) and faces between two-and-a-half to five years behind bars, according to the New York Daily News.
