Promoters for the legendary rock band Motley Crue have been hit hard with a lawsuit from a fan who claims he was assaulted at a gig in Illinois in 2006. The concert at Ford Amphitheater on the 22nd November 06 was where Gerald Scheenam alleges that he was beaten up by an unidentified member of the Motley Crue and is suing promoter Live Nation for damages.The legal papers, that were filed in a US court on 14th January 08, states that Mr Scheenam was standing directly under the front of the stage where he was allegedly struck on the head by a guitar by one of the Motley Crue members.
