Natascha Sohl – Dirty Little Word
When the song first started I thought it was more of a grunge or rock song, but when the vocals came in it was pop and spun my head round and round.
She has a very unique voice. Throughout the chorus she spells out LOVE and spills her angst towards a past boyfriend it seems.
I understood what they were going for, but overall it did not transfer correctly in my opinion. Structurally the song was put together very well, but the melodies in the chorus seemed like nursery rhymes that didn’t make it.
I would rate this song 2 out of 5 stars.
