Groundbreaking artist/producer Timbaland releases his phenomenal new single The Way I Are on July 23rd through Blackground Records/Interscope.The Way I Are features Keri Hilson & D.O.E on vocals. You might already recognise Keri as she appeared in the video for Nelly Furtados Promiscuous, and since then has signed with Timbalands new label Mosley Music Group. Hilson, a star in the making, appears alongside Timbaland in the accompanying video and has penned hits for artists such as Toni Braxton and Mary J. Blige. Shot in and around the streets of Salford, Manchester this May, adding a British flavour from the UKs most musical of Meccas, the video was shot by the MTV award-winning director Shane Drake. Timbaland says: My mission is to blow up the boundaries and tear down the limits. Im taking my music outside of the box. Im not getting away from what Im known for; Im just going to a place where its all about the music 2007 has been a great year for Timbaland.
