The Butterfly Effect - Final Conversation of Kings

The Butterfly Effect - Final Conversation of Kings

In addition to being one of the best loved rock bands in their home country, the Australian fourpiece have already sold in excess of 200,000 records worldwide. "Final Conversations Of Kings" is the band's third album and was released in Australia in late 2008.

The album debuted at No 1 on the Australian ARIA charts. The album made Rolling Stone's Top 50 albums of 2008 and saw the band playing a sold out Australian tour in October 2008. They also had three tracks in the uber cool Triple J radio Hottest 100 2008. Fresh from a sold out tour the band are set to release the album in the UK.

"Final Conversation Of Kings" is a band at their very best. From the brooding album opener "Worlds On Fire" to the pulsing melodies of lead single "Window And the Watcher" (a huge Australian radio play hit), from syncopated riffing of "Rain" to the to the Eastern tinged overtones of "The Way", the album mixes driving off kilter rhythms with the unique vocals and melodies of Clint Boge. The album was produced Forrester Savell (Helmet, Gavin Rossdale).

The band are consummate performers - having played over 1800 shows since 2002 including headlining Australia's Big Day Out - and are set to support the album release with a full UK tour.
