Roxy Palace found that the majority of men would rather leave their job than leave their other half, should they have to make the choice.

The poll surveyed a range of men in full-time employment in the UK from 21 to 50 and found that 57 per cent of them valued their partner over their job.

One respondent says, “If it came to giving up work or sex there really is no comparison. I’d find another job without too much difficulty but I couldn’t imagine a life without sex.”

Surprisingly, 43 per cent said they would go without sex if it meant they could keep their job and keep the money coming in.

On man surveyed says, “What a dilemma! If it came down to an either or choice I’d have to live without sex. There’s no way I could afford my mortgage and bills if I lost my job and the whole family would be in crisis. Thankfully this isn’t a choice I have to make.”

A spokesperson for Roxyplacace.com says, “We all know how tough it is out there at the moment so perhaps it isn’t surprising that 43% of men said they would live without sex if it meant keeping their job.”

They said that men who were married and had mortgages were more likely to give up their sex lives over their jobs.

“For many losing their jobs may equate to losing a roof over their children’s heads so I guess many parents would be prepared to do whatever it takes to stop that from happening – even if that means living without a sexual relationship.” says the spokesperson.
