Bedroom: Turn your phone off when having sex or at least put it on silent, the last thing you need is a phone call, a text or an email notification to interrupt your rhythm!

PDAs: He may treat you well- you might be a happy couple- but people don't need to know about every little romantic gesture he makes. Like dinners, or gifts, or notes- we get it you are a solid couple. You should not need everyone else's approval to sustain your love for one another.

Argue in private: Don't post anything negative about your partner online. Deal with it behind the scenes- people get involved, take things the wrong way and before you know it, you are sharing your relationship with a dozen other meddling 'friends'.

Delete old dating profiles: You don't want to be known as 'single' anywhere if you are in a committed relationship. Take yourself off the old dating sites or they may think you are on the lookout for a better model.

Screen your pictures on Facebook: The most hurtful thing your partner could see is you cosying up to your ex when things were good between you two. Take them down or he might assume you are still in contact or keeping him on the side-lines if you two break up.
