El Tico Beach Cantina offers something new, sophisticated approach to traditional Mexican cuisine. At El Tico they blend old with new by using contemporary and traditional techniques to bring a modern twist to the authentic flavours from all regions of Mexico. The menu is a culinary exploration of Mexico’s cuisines in search of Mexico’s most incredible flavours. Traditional and contemporary techniques combine to produce an intriguing menu that pays homage to authentic Mexican flavours. Emphasis is on the bold and intense flavours with simple presentation using high quality ingredients. Dishes are authentic, but not traditional with a modern approach to recreate classic dishes and blend new ideas.

One of the things that struck me the most was the fun, relaxed, happy, laughter packed ambience of the place. So much so that when closing time came around I amongst many other diners were enjoying ourselves so much that we had to be pushed out of the doors.

Three exceptional restaurants all very different although sharing one common ethos, to provide the best food and drink to customers in welcoming and enjoyable surroundings that customers want to come back again and again. They are not to be missed, great food, great people, and a great atmosphere, it comes down to personal choice which menu you prefer personally I loved all three and will go back again and again – I would recommend trying all three.
