The 'Loose Women' panellist is thought to have just signed a deal with ITV to join husband Robbie Williams on the judging panel for 'The X Factor'.

But Ayda, 39, is on a roll at the moment she will battle it out against Amanda Holden and Rylan Clark-Neal to win the approval of 'The Apprentice' boss Lord Sugar.

A show insider told The Sun newspaper's Bizarre column: "Ayda was flattered to be asked on 'Celebrity Apprentice'.

"It's another great chance for her to build her public profile on one of Britain's best loved shows. It's also one of her favourites.

"She's competitive as well as intelligent and has a great sense of humour so producers thought she would be a perfect fit."

'Celebrity Apprentice' is returning to BBC for the fourth time - with the last series airing in 2009 - and it will once again be a fundraising initiative for Comic Relief.

Ayda and husband Robbie, 44, are said to have signed a £10 million deal to become the first married couple on 'The X Factor' judging panel.

They will join Simon, 58, on the 15th series of the show, replacing departing judges Louis, 65, and Nicole Scherzinger, 39.

Actress Ayda's knowledge of the music industry comes from her 12 years with Robbie.

The couple were introduced in 2006 by a mutual friend and married three years later.

They have two children - five-year-old daughter Teddy and three-year-old son Charlton - together.

Although Ayda's signing may come as a shock to fans, the blonde beauty is actually close to Simon's girlfriend Lauren Silverman and their children are pals.
