The former ‘Geordie Shore’ star has joined the cast of ‘Celebs Go Dating’ alongside Ulrika Jonsson, Chloe Brockett and Miles Nazaire, among others, and he is hoping to find love after admitting he only used to have one night stands rather than go on dates.
Speaking at the ‘Celebs Go Dating’ series launch in London, he told BANG Showbiz: “I never really went on dates with someone, always had a one night stand, then have a few one night stands.
“I’m gonna do it the opposite way, date and get to know people.
“I did not have commitment fear, it was just easier going from girlfriend to girlfriend.
“Sometimes I would have a one night stand and the girl wouldn’t end up leaving for three to four days."
He quipped: “I probably still have a few girlfriends I’ve forgotten to finish with.”
The party animal was also quick to back his co-star Chloe, after she was slammed by some 'TOWIE' stars after speaking out about her previous fling with James Lock.
Marty said: “Other people on the show have s****** other people, there are loads of secrets but nobody is talking about it, she’s just opened about it.
“Life is better when you don’t give a f***.”
Chloe said: “What example am I setting to young girls who sleep with someone than are made to feel ashamed?
“Who gives a f*** as long as you’re being safe and it’s consensual.”
The new series of ‘Celebs Go Dating’ returned to E4 on Monday (17.01.22), and airs Monday to Thursdays.
