The 53-year-old television presenter - who has been dating Michael Douglas since 2019 - has avoided breaking wind around the 46-year-old hairstylist as she wants to remain ladylike.
She told the Daily Star newspaper: "Michael has never heard me fart. That will never happen. There is shame for me."
However, while Davina can control her flatulence while she is awake, Michael admitted a few "tsunamis" escape her bottom while she sleeps.
He said: "You have let go in your sleep a couple of times. Occasionally, I can sense a rumble and then there’s the tsunami."
The former 'Big Brother' presenter has had a fart phobia since she let rip whilst filming dating show 'Ski Mates' in the French Alps in the 90s.
She recalled: "I had to run towards the camera and the last metre was me sliding in the snow and going: ‘Ski Mate!’
"As I slid I farted but it wasn’t just a silent one, it was a proper one. It was like a thunder clap.”
The production crew never let Davina forget about her embarrassing moment and later showed the clip at their Christmas party.
She added: “It ended up as the Christmas party video for every crew that’s ever worked on the show."
Meanwhile, Davina has credited her divorce from Matthew Roberson - who she was married to for 17 years - in 2017 for her weight loss and fitness transformation.
She said: "It's called the divorce diet, where you just literally shed [weight]. It happens to so many people I know.
"It was nothing I did. I was just running on adrenaline. Quiet a few people [understood] and were like, 'I think she's having a hard time, maybe we should lay off.'
"But there were lots of people who didn't. There are some really mean people out there and there are also some very uninformed people who don't think about the story behind the sadness."
