There could be trouble in paradise for Indiyah and Ikenna in tonight's (June 20th, 2022) episode of Love Island, as Indiyah continues to struggle and grapple with her feelings for the man she's coupled up with.
Pulling him for a chat, she says: "I wanted to catch up with you and just have an open and honest conversation about how you actually think we are."
Indiyah continues: “Obviously I know we’ve been in here for like two weeks and we’ve been getting to know each other but an observation from me, I feel like I should know more about you and we should connect more.”
Ikenna questions if something is missing, to which Indiyah answers: "Yeah, but I don't know if you feel the same way?"
As Ikenna points out how well Indiyah seems to be getting on with fellow Islander Dami, could these two pull apart from one another to pave the way for a potential other romance?
Dami later pulls Indiyah for a chat and asks if she feels as though the two have "ever had a spark".
She says: “I feel like we’ve not been able to explore that and obviously I feel like we do get along but we’ve never actually looked at each other in that light.”
Dami then asks if Indiyah would "like to explore it", to which she replies: “I think you know and everybody else knows that if there was somebody else that I would get to know, it would’ve been you but we just never went down that path.”
Sparks look set to fly between the pair, but where will that leave their friendships and connections with Ikenna and Amber?
Meanwhile, Jay and Ekin-Su are enjoying time together after coupling up. He tells Ekin-Su that he can sense "a bit of friction" between her and Amber, leading to Ekin-Su confronting the potential problem head-on.
Speaking with Ekin-Su, Amber explains: “I feel like upstairs, you’ve been really genuine and we’ve seen a vulnerable side to you but I will add, over the last couple of days I’ve thought, is she playing a bit of a game?”
Things get heated, as Ekin-Su asks: "What's your actual issue with me? All you're saying doesn't make sense." As Amber replies that she thinks Ekin-Su is "enjoying the drama", Ekin-Su questions: "Am I playing a game? Or are you playing a game?"
That evening, Paige and Jacques cuddle up close to one another and admit that they are really enjoying their time with one another.
Paige tells him: "It's been an easy ride with us so far, hasn't it?"
Pulling closer to one another, could the pair be about to share their first kiss?
